Weber County Ice Sheet Remodel | General Contractor Services

Project Description: Weber County is seeking proposals from well qualified and experienced contractors that can provide all services associated with construction, as described and illustrated in the RFP documentation, at the Weber County Sports Complex (Ice Sheet), and all associated site improvements. The Ice Sheet is located at 4390 Harrison Blvd., in Ogden City, Utah and the preferred completion date for the Project is October 15th, 2025. Refer to Attachment A for a Project Vicinity Map.
The County, by means of a design-bid-build delivery method, is working with VCBO and ARW for needed engineering for this Project. As designed, the remodeled areas of the Ice Sheet will provide for the current and future needs of the facility for both general community use, as well as for the multitude of events hosted each year. Refer to Attachment F for detailed construction drawings and specifications that illustrate and describe the scope of work.
