Disclosure of Magnitude: Under $20,000

Purpose: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotes for the Sheltowee Trace Section/Wintergreen Trail Bridge Replacement project. This solicitation is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 and AGAR Part 413, which aim to reduce administrative costs and promote efficiency in contracting.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
