Project Description: Merced Irrigation District (MID or District) invites sealed electronic bids from qualified, appropriately licensed and DIR-registered roofing contractors to furnish and install a complete replacement single-ply roofing system at its Administration Building. Award, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder under the published evaluation method, subject to MID’s right to reject bids as permitted by law.
