Municipal Building Design Services

The Town of Lunenburg, by and through the Town Manager, is requesting proposals from qualified architectural or engineering firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services and potentially for construction administration services, associated with the planning and construction of a new Town Hall and renovation of the existing Town Hall and Ritter Building. Estimated construction cost of the project is $15,000,000.

Copies of this Request for Proposal for Municipal Building Design Services are currently available and may be obtained from the Assistant Town Manager/HR Director Julie Belliveau by e-mail . All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked: “Lunenburg Municipal Design Services Non-Price” and “Lunenburg Municipal Design Services - Price Proposal” in two separate sealed envelopes and are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 4, 2024.

Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to Town Manager’s Office, Town Hall, 17 Main Street, P.O. Box 135, Lunenburg, MA 01462. Fax or electronic submissions will not be accepted. The Town Manager is the awarding authority. The Town of Lunenburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to only award a contract if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
