Invitation for Bids
Town Hall Replacement Roof and Chimney Restoration
The Town of Lunenburg, by and through the Town Manager, is requesting bids for a replacement roof and chimney restoration at the Lunenburg Town Hall building located at 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, MA. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Massachusetts.
The IFB will be available after 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2024 in the Town Manager’s Office at the Town Hall, 17 Main Street, 2nd floor, Lunenburg, MA 01462 or by emailing

. There will be 2 dates in order to attend the mandatory site visit at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 17 Main Street. Bids are due no later than 12:00 p.m. November 4, 2024 in the Town Manager’s Office, Town Hall, 17 Main Street, P.O. Box 135, Lunenburg, MA 01462.
