Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is inviting proposals from qualified attorneys to hear and determine matters related to land use appeals from administrative decisions made by the Planning Commission (including Master Planned Developments, Conditional Use Permits, and Plats). The City intends to contract with one or more hearing officers to provide services “as needed.”
