Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a contract to ARTi/Bionetics LLC Joint Venture 3, Hampton, VA, for test equipment repair and calibration services. The services shall be provided to the Groups/Product Divisions within the FAA Logistics Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The FAALC Groups/Product Divisions provide test equipment repair/calibration support service to the FAA National Airspace System (NAS) field facilities and other government agencies. The work to be performed is primarily in support of aircraft guidance systems, surveillance equipment, automation and communications systems and technical data.





A market survey (6973GH-25-MS-00003) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on February 25, 2025. As a result of market analysis, this requirement was 100% set-aside for competition among small businesses. Solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00133 was posted to the SAM.gov web site on June 9, 2025. Four (4) timely proposals were received. The requirement was solicited as an award to be made to the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable vendor in accordance with a pre-established Source Evaluation Plan.





Contract 6973GH-26-D-00007 was awarded on October 14, 2025 to ARTi/Bionetics LLC Joint Venture 3 with a total estimated potential value of $11,125,681.83 for the base contract period and four (4) option periods.
