REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
RECONSTRUCT 1.0 MILE OF BLACK EAGLE ROAD
Cascade County (County) is currently requesting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services
relating to the design and reconstruction of 1.0 mile of Black Eagle Road, located within Black Eagle, MT. Services may
include, but not limited to, preliminary design, community meetings, preparing bidding documents, construction
administration, and any other services deemed necessary by the County to complete the project. Geotechnical
investigations and analysis will be required, due to the current road conditions. Please direct all questions regarding the

Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. March 30, 2026, at Cascade County Public Works, located at 279
Vaughn S. Frontage Rd., Great Falls, Montana at which time Proposals will be opened and reviewed. No electronic
submittals will be accepted. All Proposals must be submitted in printed form, have a cost estimate for the Professional
Services, and remain valid for 90 days. Proposals received after the aforementioned time and date will not be considered.
Once opened, recommendations regarding the Proposals will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for
action in a future publicly noticed meeting.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities to evaluate the
Proposals submitted, and to accept the Proposal which best serves the interest of Cascade County.
