vendors with the capabilities to provide all equipment, material, labor, travel costs and supervision to inspect, certify and provide preventative maintenance, testing and documentation of the Biomedical test equipment located at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah, WI. 54660.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, parts, software, supplies,
facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal
services necessary for execution of the work to be performed under this Contract.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is
811210.
All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by September 24th, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following:
