CASH RENT LEASE

HAYLAND AT PARK – WWTP -LANDFILL

MITCHELL, SOUTH DAKOTA

CITY PROJECT #2026-5

Sealed bids for lease will be received by the City of Mitchell, City Finance Officer in City Hall, 612 North Main, Mitchell, SD 57301 until 1:30 PM on October 14, 2025.  Any bids received after that time will not be considered or accepted.

Bidder proposes to lease the following acres of hayland ground as follows for annual cash rent payable annually on or before May 1 of each applicable year, as follows:

The term of this lease shall be from May 1, 2026 through the end of the haying season of 2028.  PRICE SHOWN ABOVE IS A PER YEAR PRICE FOR THE DESCRIBED HAYLAND.
