To establish one or more contract(s) through competitive negotiations for a fixed price contract for Temporary Agency Staffing Services on an as-needed basis. Staffing assignments may vary from one (1) day to temporary-to-permanent and direct hire positions for Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA/the Authority), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
