Description:

The current hardwood floors in the Gymnasium, Racquetball Courts, and Canyon Room of the Cortez Recreation Center are in bad shape. They are very slick and the gymnasium has dead spots that pose potential injury to users. All of the hardwood floors in the Rec Center need to be refinished (sanded down, repainted, possibly stained, and refinished). In addition to sanding and repainting or staining the hardwood floors in the gymnasium, the dead spots also need to be repaired prior to refinishing.
