The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.
The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated Acceptance of Residential E-Waste for Recycling .
The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.
Dane County is seeking proposals for recycling of electronics that are collected at the Dane County Clean Sweep Program which is operated by the Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables. The facility is located at 7020 Maahic Way, Madison, Wisconsin 53718 (within the Dane County Landfill No. 2 - Rodefeld). The standard hours of operation are Mondays – Fridays from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
