It is the Lac La Biche County’s objective to enter an Agreement with a Contractor for the
provision of Seasonal Trapper and Assistant to mitigate impacts from beaver activity on municipal infrastructure such as flooding, culvert blockage, road integrity, and to help with inspection of County infrastructure. The successful proponent(s) shall become familiar with the Lac La Biche County’s policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
