PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of
Light Service Vehicle Wheeled (LSVW) Rear Axles to carry out all necessary processes required
to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning,
inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation
process. The following items will be required to be serviced:
Rear Axles, 40 EA, Stock Code 2520-21-908-5239, also, with a repair cost for beyond the economical
repair (BER) of light service vehicle with wheels (LSVW)
The work under this requirement will be carried out over a 2-year period from the effective date of
contract award.
The crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid
solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/10/17.
