This document forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original plans
and specifications dated February 09, 2026 as noted below.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided within the Proposal
(Article 2, Page 20, Paragraph 12) and within the Bid Security (Article 3, Page 44,
Paragraph 7).
Failure to do so may subject the bidder to disqualification.
This Addendum consists of ONE (1) page:
• Previously advertised - “Bids will be received by the Loxahatchee River
Environmental Control District (the “District,”) via DemandStar until 2:00 p.m.
local time on March 17, 2026.”
The Bid Opening for this project has been postponed to March 31, 2026.
• Bidder Question/s and Site Visit Schedule will be addressed in Addendum 2.
