Description:
Base Bid work includes complete removal of all siding and trim (to be reused), minor structural repairs/modifications to sheathing/substrate, new air/moisture underlayment system, reinstallation of siding with new trim/accessories and prepare, prime and two coats of paint for all exterior wood surfaces. Remove and replace wood window glazing putty (exterior).
