Project Description: Wake County is soliciting proposals from professional consulting firms to develop transportation guidelines that will serve as policy and strategic coordination tools. Since Wake County and all North Carolina counties have a limited role in transportation delivery, this plan is not expected to mimic a traditional municipal comprehensive transportation plan (CTP).
