Description

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Three (3) Non-PSC Registered Nurse (RN) Services for the Ambulatory Care Department. The requested POP for the three (3) RN services requested will be as follows:




  • One (1) Non-PSC RN Services with a Period of Performance will include a Base Period (6-months) + Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. And 4 additional Option Periods (6-months each).

  • Two (2) Non-PSC RN Services with a Period of Performance that will be for only 6-months from date of award.



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of 34.0M.





The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00014 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work, Past Performance, and Price. Quotes will be due on or by Thursday, October 23, 2025. The acquisition is an ISBEE set-aside.
