2027 Property Revaluation Services

The Town of Redding is undertaking a program to revalue all real property, effective October 1, 2027. The project includes the complete revaluation/reappraisal (inspection) of all real property within the Town's corporate limits. The contractor shall furnish all the databases, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and perform all work for the project in strict accordance with the hereinafter-listed specifications. All work will be carried out and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary, Office of Policy and Management, the Connecticut General Statutes, and Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies pertaining hereto, and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the Town Assessor. Contractors must utilize Vision Government Solutions software to perform the revaluation project.
