Place of Performance:
This is a construction requirement to renovate the interior of B1832 as noted in SOW and drawings.
Period of Performance: 225 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. The contractor must complete a second TAB within 180 days of initial completion.
Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220.
The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f) is valued between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
A site visit is scheduled for 23 April 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Site visit location is Building 1832, 896 Condor Country Rd Shaw AFB, SC 29152.SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY!
Please refer to attachments 12 through 14 to adhere to all requirements necessary to to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided. Attachment 12 - Base Access Template is due to SSgt Braulio Ramirez-Galvan at braulio.ramirez_galvan@us.af.mil and 2nd Lt. Jonathan Youngblood at johnathan.youngblood.2@us.af.milno later than 15 April 2026 at Close of Business for site visit access.
All questions for this solicitation are due 30 April 2026 / 2:00 P.M. (local) EST. Submit questions to the Contracting Officer, SSgt Braulio Ramirez at braulio.ramirez_galvan@us.af.mil and 2ndLt. Jonathan Youngblood at johnathan.youngblood.2@us.af.mil. Answers will be returned by 14 May 2026 / 2:00 P.M. (local) EST.
Bids are due on 8 June 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (local) EST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through this solicitation posted on PIEE. Bids may be accepted via email ONLY after attempts to post bid through SAM.gov are unsuccessful and prior coordination is done. Bid opening will be Friday, 8 June 2026 / 10:00 A.M. (local) EST via Microsoft Teams.
