** NOTICE OF PRE-BID **
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, March 16, 2026, at the park Office
just inside the main entrance of Triad Park.
The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved and to give prospective bidders
the opportunity to observe the existing conditions and work parameters. Staff will be present to answer
questions. Forsyth County will not entertain bids from firms who do not have a representative attend this
meeting. A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record. CONTRACTORS WHO ATTENDED
THE ORIGINAL PREBID ON FEBRUARY 3RD ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS
MEETING ON MARCH 16TH.
Further site visits can be made Monday through Friday from 9am to 11am or 2pm to 4pm. Please let
Tanner Simmons know in advance of your visit at 336-703-6475 or 336-345-2071. Additional site visits
after the formal pre-bid on March 16 will be to view and/or measure the job site and NO questions will
be accepted during these additional site visits.
