Missoula Parks and Recreation Vending RFP 2025

City of Missoula Parks and Recreation Department (MPR) is requesting proposals for exclusive soft drink and exclusive snack vending services for Missoula Park & Recreation facilities. Administration Offices are located at 600 Cregg Ave, Missoula, Montana.

The Missoula Parks and Recreation currently utilizes two separate Contractors to provide services; one Contractor and product line for beverage vending machines at Currents Aquatics Center, and fountain drink supplies at Splash Montana – Crazy Creek Cafe, the Fire Line Grill – Mobil Vending and at Home Plate Grill in the Fort Missoula Softball Complex. A separate Contractor currently provides for snack vending machines at Currents Aquatics Center.

It is the Missoula Parks and Recreation’s intent to either award one exclusive beverage sales service contract, and exclusive snack vending contract to one Contractor who will provide all of the services described below in scope of work section, or two separate service contracts to Contractors who will provide either beverages or snack services described in the scope of work below.
