Description

BCIT is seeking a qualified General Contractor to support the construction of a new Print Shop at the back of the bookstore located in Building SE02 on the Burnaby Campus. The construction project includes minor demolition, new partition walls, painting, new lighting and electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, and minimal structural work. Service runs also include work in the mechanical and electrical rooms on level 1 and HVAC routing through the food preparation and kitchen area on level 2.

BCIT utilizes Bonfire for issuance of the bid documents and receipt of the Respondent submissions.
