A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on May 7, 2026 @ 9:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at City View Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA. 01854. Please ensure you have licensed personnel in attendance for restricted areas. The Contractor shall not be relieved from assuming all responsibility for properly estimating the difficulties and the cost of performing the services required with this IFB because of failure to investigate the conditions or become acquainted with all the information concerning the services to be performed.
During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the following services. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the monthly maintenance of elevators, as needed repairs, state inspections and standby services.
