Prineville Deep Injection Well MIT

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electron ic "Invitation for Bid ("IFB") is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Prineville Deep Injection Well MIT to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this "IFB".

The Specifications included in these Contract Documents establish the performance and quality requirements for material and equipment and the minimum standards for mechanical integrity testing of deep injection well IW-1 at the City of Port St. Lucie’s Prineville Water Treatment Plant (WTP). A location map, site plan, and diagram of the deep injection well system are provided in the attached Figures 1 through 3. Photos 1 and 2 show the IW-1 wellhead, containment pad and potable water source to be used for testing. The work must be completed prior to September 27, 2025 due date.
