Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 450 TEUs of containerized ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA (USA). The layday commences and cancels 04 January 2026. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and must confirm their ability to meet the layday. The period of performance will be about 93 days.
