Scope of Work: This Contract consists of asphalt-related construction tasks that include, but are not limited to, signage, striping, and paving; the primary focus of which is performing milling and resurfacing operations for the following Town-maintained streets:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Town of Indian Trail Town Hall located at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.
Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Civic Chamber. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration.
Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid.
