WZ017402: Zoo Front Entrance
The Front Entrance Reconfiguration will include a new addition to the Administration Building ticketing area, new security features in the parking and access road, rework of the adjacent highway, and new access and egress roads into and out of the Zoo's parking lot. The project will alleviate the traffic and pedestrian flow into and out of the Zoo and allow for a more streamlined entry and egress for visitors. Bidding document distribution will be online in Procore at https://www.login.procore.com
Packages Being Rebid Include: 04A Masonry, 05A Metals, 08A Glazing, 09A Tile, 09B Polished Concrete, 21A Fire Protection and 32A Signage
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid: March 17, 2026 from 11am - Noon. Enter through the Main Public Entrance Gate and proceed to park. Please meet in the Flamingo Room located in the Administration Building.
Bids Due: March 27, 2026 no later than Noon. Bids are to be completed online in Procore at https://www.login.procore.com
