Project Description: Removal & replacement of the existing roof-mounted roof-top units (RTU) and one (1) roof-mounted makeup air unit (MAU), with miscellaneous patching and repairs to existing roof system as required for installing new curbs, plumbing, ducting, and electrical penetrations as needed.
