THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and contract a firm fixed price, supply type contract for OEM DEGAUSSING PARTS with only one source, ESCO MARITIME SOLUTIONS, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis.
