2026 Planning & Technical Assistance Consultant Pool

Project Description: The City of Taylorsville (the “City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms (“Proposers”/”Contractors”) to provide planning and technical assistance consulting services (per City Code §2.32.060). All City departments and offices, including the Taylorsville Redevelopment Agency, may utilize this solicitation.
The intent of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (“Request”) is to set forth the minimum acceptable requirements for responses to this Request. The City seeks to establish a Consultant Pool ready to rapidly assist the City with planning-related projects and services (“Services”). Proposers/Contractors selected for the Consultant Pool will execute a master contract with the City of Taylorsville for the duration of the pool. The term of the master contract is three (3) years.
