Project Description: HCPSS uses a Cloud-based VoIP system with 1,500 full users and 8,500 physical phones, featuring a combination of DIDs and central extensions. The system supports standard features such as a small IT Help Desk Contact Center, multiple auto-attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call forwarding, and transfers. Connectivity is provided by redundant 40Gbps Internet circuits unless dedicated circuits are needed by the vendor. HCPSS operates across 78 schools and several administrative buildings, using primarily Yealink phone models T21P, T31, T46S, T42S, and T40G.
