Description
The MNDNR, Division of Ecological and Water Resources requests proposals for consulting services to facilitate a process that will integrate with the St. Louis River Habitat Workgroup (HWG) to update the 2002 Lower St. Louis River Habitat Plan (2002 Habitat Plan) to the 2026 Lower St. Louis River Habitat Plan (2026 Habitat Plan). The HWG steering team and HWG will be directly involved in the development of the plan content with lead facilitation and final document preparation performed by the contractor.
