The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the build out of approximately 1,000 square feet, village-owned building/space located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest.

Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2025, at the office of the DownTown Park Forest Management Office (226 Forest Blvd.) and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue and specifications to any person, firm or corporation that it considers to be unqualified.
