The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the build out of approximately 1,000 square feet, village-owned building/space located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest.

Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2025, at the office of the DownTown Park Forest Management Office (226 Forest Blvd.) and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

The 64 Lester visit is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 9:30am. Meeting location is 64 Lester. A public parking lot is available for vehicles across the street. The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue and specifications to any person, firm or corporation that it considers to be unqualified.

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in bids, and make award in the best interest of the Village.
