Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide produce items for the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Educational Program (FFVP) according to the attached specifications. Please read all attached specifications and documents.
We are using Federal Funds.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Contract Term: The contract will commence upon award and remain in effect for one (1) year, with the option for up to four (4) additional one-year renewals, subject to mutual agreement by both parties.
