The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for United States Army Garrison (USAG) Miami, Miami, FL, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.
