The Town of Lenox Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the Lenox Library Repair, Structural reinforcement and HVAC project.

Filed Sub Bids are due on or before 2:00PM, local time, September 23, 2026, and General bids are due on or before 2:00PM, local time, October 7, 2026. Bids will be received electronically via Projectdoc.com.

The scope of work consists of interior ceiling repair, structural reinforcements, HVAC upgrades, and misc. cosmetic repairs.

The Prime Contractor shall be DCAMM certified in General Construction. Filed sub bidders are as follows: Fire Suppression, HVAC, and Electrical. Plans and Specifications are available at www.Projectdoc.com. Login and reference project code 261861. Refer to the bid documents for specific bidder instructions and requirements.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The Town of Lenox reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
