Project Description: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to construct a partial Second Floor Renovation of approximately 12,500 square feet in the Allegheny County Office Building (COB). Renovations include office space, restrooms and break room. Perform Work under following Prime Contracts:
a. General Construction.
b. HVAC Construction
c. Plumbing Construction
d. Electrical Construction
