Project Description:
The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors for the replacement of an existing 5-ton Carrier split system with a new, more efficient 5-ton Carrier heat pump split system. This project includes the removal of the old HVAC system and the installation of new components including an air handler, heat pump condenser unit, 10kW heat strip, and auxiliary safety features like a drain pan and safety switch. The new system shall be connected to the existing copper lines, ductwork, and electrical infrastructure.
