The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: A robust system that can accurately validate banking information and verify account ownership for vendors, particularly those receiving electronic payments, to enhance payment security, reduce fraud, and improve operational efficiency for our vendor setup team.

It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 3 years with the option of two 1-year extensions.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
