Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Certified Peer

Support Specialists ("CPSS") to deliver services to inmates for the Re-Entry Program at both the Greensboro

and High Point Detention Centers as listed below. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who

meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response.

• Greensboro Detention Facility (Jail Central) 201 South Edgeworth Street, Greensboro, NC

• High Point Detention Center 507 East Green Drive, High Point, NC

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00

During the bidding period questions will be taken until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. All

questions pertaining to this RFP must be emailed to the Guilford County Purchasing Department at
