BID NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, TX will receive competitive, sealed bids for:
Bid No. 2026-08 Lozano Plaza Restroom Improvements Project
Interested Bidders must register with the Purchasing Office to request a bid packet including specifications and plans at
Purchasing@harlingentx.gov. Packets will be emailed upon registration. Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Purchasing Office, 404 S. 54th St. Harlingen, TX 78550. Bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Town Hall (2nd Floor) located at 118 E. Tyler Ave., Harlingen TX
78550. A bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the bid must be submitted with each bid.
The City of Harlingen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive defects or technicalities in such bids, to award the
contract to the respondent which it considers has submitted the best and most advantageous bid, and to hold all bids for a
period of sixty (60) days without taking any action thereon.
