The City of Hollywood, Florida is seeking to contract with a company to provide a turnkey Professional Call Center Answering and Informational Service. This service is needed to answer all calls to the City of Hollywood during the overnight hours from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, holidays and during emergencies. The service will also serve as secondary overflow answering system during the City’s normal business hours, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and be the primary answering service on Fridays beginning at 7:00 a.m. through Monday at 7:00 a.m.
Incorporated in 1925 and celebrating its centennial year, the City of Hollywood is home to approximately 160,000 permanent residents, a robust business community, and over one million annual visitors to our vibrant city and world-renowned Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk. As the third largest city in Broward County, and twelfth (12th) largest in the state, Hollywood’s staff strive to provide excellent customer service and meet the goal of the City’s Strategic Plan focus area for “Communications and Civic Engagement.” To help facilitate two-way communications between the City and the people it serves while improving customer service, the City is seeking professional call center answering and informational service.
