REQUEST FOR ANNUAL STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking annual Statements of Qualifications for professional services for the period of January 12th – December 31st, 2026.
Professional services may be required for engineering, surveying, architecture, land acquisitions, appraisals, IT / cybersecurity consulting, and other related areas.
The Request for Qualification (RFQ) is available for download at RWU’s website: https://www.rwu.org/developers-and-contractors/bids-contracts/
One bound copy and one electronic copy of the annual statement of qualifications shall be submitted on or before Friday, January 9th 2026 by 4:30pm local time to:

Award of contracts shall be on a per-project basis. Evaluation and selection of firms for any specific project will be made in accordance with the procedures in Ark. Code. Ann §19-11-803 et. seq. Statement of Qualifications expenses shall be borne by the submitting firm. RWU and the Rogers Water and Sewer Commission reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informalities.
