REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
for
PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL, ENGINEERING, DESIGN, RESTORATION, AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE CARBON POLLUTION REDUCTION GRANT PROJECTS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Springdale will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms for the implementation of Carbon Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) projects. These projects will generally consist of professional environmental, engineering, design, restoration, and construction services.
This RFP establishes a Master Agreement under which the City may issue project-specific task orders. Firms may propose on any one project, multiple projects, or specific service categories including but not limited to: engineering design, hydrology and hydraulics, stream restoration, floodplain and wetland restoration, native vegetation establishment, construction/ implementation, geomorphic assessments, and monitoring. Firms may submit individually or as part of a team or consortium.
This procurement will result in multiple contract awards or a combination of single and team-based awards at the City’s discretion.

The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interests in the City of Springdale.
