The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the Bass River Clubhouse Exterior Painting Project in accordance with M.G.L. c. 39M. The total project cost is estimated to be under $50,000. Contractors must be properly licensed and insured.

All labor is to be in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prevailing Wage Rates. The Quotes must reflect the Prevailing Wage Schedule #.
All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06.
A site visit is recommended to bid on the project.Â
