Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking to retain the services of qualified Consultant Appraisers (herein after referred to as Appraiser) to perform the following Appraisal Services: 1) appraisal reports; 2) appraisal review reports; 3) appraisal consultation; 4) appraisal training; and 5) business loss analysis. AOT requires appraisal services in connection with the acquisition of real property for transportation projects, sale of real property that is surplus to the State’s needs, appraisal consultation, and appraisal training.
