The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is responsible for the design, quality assurance, and construction administration for roofing projects across the Department’s portfolio of buildings. The Department is seeking a consultant(s) (the “Contractor”) to provide design assistance for roofing projects requiring new construction, restoration/rehabilitation of the Department’s portfolio of buildings as described in Section C (Scope of Work) of this Contract.
